Fired WWE Star Claims They Weren’t The Problem

Triple H WWE

Former WWE star AJ Francis is making waves since being released from the company for the second time but suggests he wasn’t a problem.

Francis is best known for his two spells in WWE where he was known as Top Dolla. He was originally released by the company in late 2021 along with most of Hit Row before returning to reform the group – minus Swerve Strickland – in August 2022.

In September 2023, Francis was again released along with a host of other WWE stars including Mustafa Ali, Dolph Ziggler, and Matt Riddle. Rumours had swirled that Francis had his detractors in the company and now seemingly the star has an answer for them.

Top Dolla Wasn’t The Problem In WWE

Taking to social media, Francis shared an update on his numerous upcoming appearances and noted he was more booked now than he was in WWE and noted that maybe it all means that he wasn’t the issue:

I’m more booked now than I was at that 3 Letter Company in the sky… I’m doing more promos and making more noise now too… my name is everywhere It’s almost like… I wasn’t the problem.

AJ Francis recently made his debut for TNA at Hard To Kill but was far from the only ex-WWE star to do so. Nic Nemeth shocked the crowd when he attacked the new TNA World Champion Moose to end the show and the former Dana Brooke debuted on the show with a whole new name and character.
