Fan-Favourite WWE Name Confirms Legitimate Injury

One WWE talent who is popular with fans is facing up to a real-life injury.

Although WWE fans gravitate to the stars who compete in the ring, there is also plenty of support for the company’s commentators, ring announcers, and even referees.

One of the most popular officials in the company is Jessika Carr, a frequent face in the battles between WWE’s stars. Carr has taken to social media to reveal that she’s suffering from a painful injury, forcing her to take time out from her training to run a half-marathon:

Shin splints fun. 😩 Has put a dampen on ½ marathon training. Taken a drastic rest and recovery week and looking forward to getting back at it.

Jessika Carr Throws Up ‘X’ For WWE Star

A recent edition of Monday Night Raw saw WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella return to action as she took on The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez. At one point in the match, Bella rocked Perez with a slap, causing her to go down hard. As she returned to her feet, her legs nearly gave out from under her, forcing the referee, Jessika Carr, to intervene and flash the ‘X’ symbol indicating a real injury issue.

Roxanne Perez was thankfully able to continue the bout and ended up picking up the win over Nikki Bella. After the bout, Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer returned the favour to Bella and stopped her being attacked by Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.
