Ex-WWE Star’s First Singles Match Confirmed After 30 Months
A former WWE star will be back in the ring for the first time in two and a half years.
After leaving WWE in the summer of 2025, Karrion Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux have returned to the independent scene, where they are intent on leaving their mark.
Scarlett was back in the ring for the first time in ten months when she teamed with Kross and Jimmy Jacobs to win a six-person tag team match at the XICW 25th Anniversary Show. And now it seems, Scarlett is looking for more.
Scarlett Gets Rare Singles Match After WWE Exit
AAW Wrestling has confirmed that Scarlett Bordeaux will be in singles action at their Smokeshow event on November 22nd:
OFFICIALLY SIGNED! Scarlett Bordeaux RETURNS to AAW on November 22nd at SMOKESHOW and stepping up to challenge her is former AAW Women’s Champion SIERRA! Does the Smokeshow come out on top for her homecoming or will Sierra show her the dominance she’s had since the last time Scarlett set foot in an AAW ring? This will be the first time Scarlett has been in a singles match since she lost to Lyra Valkyria at a WWE live event in June 2023. That means in two runs with WWE, she never received a singles televised match at all. To date, the only time she’s had a televised singles match in the company came when she was unsigned in 2016 and lost in one minute to the ultra-dominant Nia Jax.
Scarlett and Karrion Kross’ exit from WWE caused headlines in the summer. Many believed their departures were an elaborate work, but that has not proven to be the case.
