Justin Gabriel had real-life heat with Chris Jericho

Mike Maraldo and PJ Black shared a conversation about The Undertaker, The Rock, and Chris Jericho. During the conversation, Black revealed that he shared heat with Chris Jericho in WWE.

He realized it during the matches, but the situation was resolved after a conversation backstage.

I love the guy. In the beginning, he did not like me at all. Oh my gosh, if you go back, watch that SummerSlam match. The first spot that he does in the ring, he gives me it’s like a duck, one, give me an elbow, I thought he broke my jaw. I was dying, and I was like, I was wondering I was like, there’s no way that anyone can make that mistake. He did that on purpose.

So the lot next few times I wrestled him, he took a couple of shots, and I was like, “Huh, okay.” And I was like, I couldn’t figure out the story, and I can’t really tell this on air, but uh, some stuff happened backstage, and I got pulled into the office at the time with a bunch of the older guys, and they’re like, “You’re not allowed to act like this. You can’t do this. You got to respect your elders and all that stuff.” And uh, but you know, ever since that day, we were cool. And you know, like when I quit too, like he called me immediately. He’s like, “Hey, you want to do my podcast?”

PJ black also spoke about his interactions with The Rock.
