Ex-WWE Name Tipped As TKO’s First Choice To Replace Triple H
Triple H has served as WWE’s Chief Content Officer since September 2022.
Under the former world champion’s leadership, the Stamford promotion experienced great success, with fans and critics alike praising the direction in which it was headed.
While the last two years have been referred to as the company’s “honeymoon period,” the same cannot be said about 2025.
Viewers have pointed out various questionable booking decisions. Additionally, Triple H had promised huge surprises at Wrestlepalooza, and failing to deliver did not sit well with fans either.
As a result, it has naturally sparked discussions among the fan base, and while TKO is unlikely to replace him, speculations about alternate leaders have emerged.
During a recent episode of Fightful Select Answers Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp replied to a fan’s question asking who could replace the current WWE CCO.
One of the possibilities that Sapp named was Brian Gewirtz, who served as the Head Writer for the promotion before quitting in 2015.
Since then, he has been working full-time at Seven Bucks Promotions, a company founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his ex-wife Dany Garcia.
WWE CCO Triple H A Mere Pawn In TKO Game
Triple H recently announced Saudi Arabia as the host of WWE Wrestlemania 43 in 2027, sending fans of sports entertainment into a spiral.
This will be the first time that the biggest show in the promotion is hosted outside North America since its inception in 1985.
Former WWE star Stevie Richards claimed that Triple H is just a pawn and that there were bigger powers at play.
This Triple H era in which Triple H he’s just a pawn in this entire, excuse the pun, game. TKO, and especially in this case, Saudi Arabia, will use their leverage, will use their influence, will use the power to get what they want.
