Ex-WWE Champion Wants In-Ring Return After 3 Years For Trish Stratus Match

This former NXT Women’s Champion revealed would return to the ring for a match with WWE legend Trish Stratus

Mandy Rose had a mammoth run in NXT, where she was the leader of the faction called “The Toxic Attraction” along with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. She won the NXT Women’s Championship belt at Halloween Havoc in October 2021 while her stablemates won the NXT Tag Team Championships on the same night.

Rose also had a stint in WWE, where she was paired with Dolph Ziggler. This was a period when she was known more for her character work than for her in-ring work (which she would later be known for in NXT).

Rose was released from the Stamford-based promotion in 2022 and was recently asked in an interview whether she would return to the ring. Sitting alongside her friend, Ashley Sebera (in-ring name: Dana Brooke), she revealed

My dream match would probably be myself versus Trish Stratus.

Sebera had a different scario in mind pitting herself alongside Rose in a tag match which would help them settle some unfinished business.

Actually, what first pops into my mind is… Mandy and I were supposed to have a match for the tag team titles against Nattie and Tamina, and that never happened. So I would love that to happen.
