Eddie Guerrero Lowrider Bought By Hip Hop Star For Insane Price

Eddie Guerrero Rey Mysterio Lowrider

WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero used to wow audiences with his lowrider entrances and now it seems one hip hop star has snapped one of those cars.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Vanilla Ice explained how he came to own the car that Eddie Guerrero posed with in Lowrider Magazine. Ice noted that a friend of his asked if he’d be interested in buying the car and the Ice Ice Baby rapper showed he paid attention to Guerrero’s antics as he chose to lie, cheat, and steal by lowballing his friend as he called the car outdated.

Ice’s friend had spent $30,000 restoring the car but was unaware of its link to the former WWE Champion. Vanilla Ice was however and snapped up the lowrider for just $15,000. Ice went on to explain that the car is actually worth six figures.

Although Eddie frequently drove to WWE rings in lowrider cars, it is unclear if he ever owned the car now in Ice’s possession or if it was just one he appeared with.

Eddie Guerrero’s Legacy Lives On In WWE

The wrestling world was stunned in November 2005 when Eddie Guerrero passed away aged just 38. However, in the years since his passing, it is clear that Latino Heat is never far from fans’ or other wrestling star’s minds with chants of “Eddie” still heard when someone uses his Three Amigos suplexes.

Rey Mysterio paid tribute to Eddie Guerrero at WrestleMania 39 when he was driven into the SoFi Stadium by Snoop Dogg in a lowrider for his match against Dominik Mysterio.
