Drew McIntyre Vows To Channel Will Smith After WWE Raw Wife Comments

Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre has his sights set on the World Heavyweight Title and now he’s sent a message to Damian Priest after his wife was mentioned on WWE Raw.

At WrestleMania 40, Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins to win the World Heavyweight Championship — but his celebrations weren’t to last. After winding up CM Punk at ringside, McIntyre was attacked by the former AEW star, before things went from bad to worse.

With the Scottish Warrior reeling, Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, and one South of Heaven Chokeslam later, the Judgment Day star was World Heavyweight Champion.

At King & Queen of the Ring, Triple H confirmed that Drew McIntyre will receive his rematch in his home country at Clash at the Castle where Damian Priest will have to contend with the crowd as much as his opponent.

Drew McIntyre Not Happy With Wife Question On WWE Raw

On Raw in Savannah, the two stars came face-to-face and Damian Priest asked McIntyre if his wife would be at Clash at the Castle. After McIntyre gave him a stern warning, Priest replied that he didn’t care if she’d be there or not but just wanted to see if he could get under McIntyre’s skin and if he’d do anything about it.

Taking to social media, Drew McIntyre made clear what he’d do to Damian Priest if his wife’s name found its way into the Judgment Day star’s mouth again:

He mentions my wife again and it will be this but I’ll be holding a brick. And not crying.

Of course, the picture Drew McIntyre shared is of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars after Rock had made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith.
