Drew McIntyre Issues Final Statement Before WWE SNME Cody Rhodes Clash
Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes had a final confrontation ahead of their clash at Saturday Night’s Main Event on the go-home episode of WWE SmackDown.
They both entered the ring to sign the contract, but McIntyre refused to sign it, claiming that Rhodes could get counted out or disqualified to retain the title. To this, The American Nightmare agreed to add the stipulation to the contract that if there was a countout or DQ, Rhodes would lose the title.
The segment ended with McIntyre putting Rhodes through the table and standing tall over him with the Undisputed WWE Championship up in the air.
Drew McIntyre doesn’t think the ‘bad omen’ applies to him
After SmackDown, fans pointed out that whoever has stood tall over their opponent ahead of a championship clash has lost the championship. It was almost like a bad omen.
To this, The Scottish Warrior responded by claiming that the bad omen doesn’t apply to him because he isn’t everyone else.
For anyone else this would be a bad omen…
BUT I’M NOT ANYONE ELSE
As much as I hate this, but we see this pattern.
And I hope you break that pattern pic.twitter.com/QNl8mVGkWe
