Drew McIntyre Drops 2-Word Message After WWE Suspension
Drew McIntyre is back to his social media antics.
The Scottish Warrior caused a major furor on the November 7 taping of SmackDown, where he not only interfered in the main event match, but also took out the referee with a Claymore Kick.
Earlier in the night, Cody Rhodes was confronted by Aleister Black and Zelina Vega, leading to a non-title match being booked.
In the closing minutes of the bout, McIntyre emerged from the audience, kicking referee Dan Engler in the face, knocking him out.
Drew’s issue with referees possibly dates back to Wrestlepalooza, where Ryan Tran prevented The Scottish Warrior from kicking Rhodes’ head into the LED board under the commentator’s table.
At Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI, McIntyre was DDT’d on the Undisputed WWE Championship belt by The American Nightmare when the referee, Dan Engler, was recuperating in the ring corner.
It gave Rhodes the advantage, who ended the match with his Cross Rhodes finisher.
After Drew McIntyre’s attack on Engler this week, he was suspended by general manager Nick Aldis.

While the words together do not make much sense, it has often been seen on the internet as a meme describing WWE’s run under Triple H.
It’s fair to say that Drew McIntyre keeps abreast with online trends, using them to mock or trivialize incidents around him.
After being suspended, the 40-year-old also shared a video showing his backstage altercation with Nick Aldis and Bobby Roode.
The duration of McIntyre’s suspension currently remains unknown.
