We have new details on the fresh World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) contracts of Hit Row and other returnees.

According to Fightful Select, “several” professional wrestlers that were brought back to the promotion and placed on the WWE Friday Night SmackDown are on three-year contracts, and are all expected to expire in mid-2025. The entire faction of Hit Row (Top Dolla, B-Fab, Ashante Adonis) reportedly are on the same type of contract.

Fightful’s report also mentioned that returning talent were given leverage to negotiate with WWE to be able continue their projects outside of the company, something that wasn’t done under the Vince McMahon regime. Going further into the report, it also states that the rule on acts not being able to make money outside of the promotion has loosened. Fightful also reported that some returnees had representation while negotiating deals, so as a result, different contracts were at grabs.

Also, Fightful Selected noted that the preparation from World Wrestling Entertainment was varied when it came to bringing back talent. With the return of Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, a deal wasn’t reached until a little over a month, while Johnny Gargono’s deal took a few weeks. Then with talents such as Karrion Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux, a contract was made official in just a few days. Fightful notes that they have no information available about whether or not those acts also signed three-year deals.
