Darby Allin Looking To Cause Blood & Guts Chaos

Darby Allin AEW

Darby Allin is ready to cause some mayhem.

On the July 24th episode of AEW Dynamite, Darby Allin will team with Swerve Strickland, Mark Briscoe, Max Caster, and Anthony Bowens to take on Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry, and “Hangman” Adam Page inside Blood & Guts.

It will be Allin’s first time in the famous double cage, and fans are part excited and part terrified about what AEW’s resident daredevil might cook up.

In a new interview with Justin Barrasso for Sports Illustrated, said he’s got some things lined up for Blood & Guts as he plots a route to become the face of AEW.

“I’ve got a lot of stuff planned,” Darby Allin said. “I’ve never even been in a cage match before. Never. It’s a fun challenge. And you know me, I love a challenge.

This is really important to me. I want to be the face of this company. I want to be the spokesperson for this place. Look what AEW has allowed me to do inside the ring, and the freedom I get outside the ring. That’s why I’ve been able to be authentic and real to myself.”

Should he survive Blood & Guts, Darby Allin has set his sights on dethroning TNT Champion Jack Perry. Allin laid down the challenge on the July 20th episode of Collision after getting the better of The Beast Mortos on his return to the ring.

To date, two matches have been confirmed for All In at Wembley Stadium on August 25th. In what’s expected to be the main event, Bryan Danielson will challenge Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship, while Toni Storm will defend her Women’s World Title against Mariah May.
