Cody Rhodes Reveals Big Plans After WWE WrestleMania 40
Cody Rhodes has revealed his plans post-WrestleMania 40.
‘The American Nightmare’ is set to challenge ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the main event of Night Two of Wrestlemania 40.
The highly anticipated bout is a rematch from last year’s WrestleMania and is set to contested under ‘Bloodline Rules’ after the events of Night One at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.
Rhodes and partner Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins fell to defeat at the hands of Reigns and the ‘Final Boss’ The Rock in an epic tag team encounter with victory handing the villainous duo the opportunity to name the stipulation for Sunday evening’s title bout.
Popular Superstar Rhodes, however, remains confident he can finish his story in Philadelphia and is already eyeing up plans for the months ahead should he successfully dethrone ‘The Head Of The Table’ at WWE’s top Premium Live Event.
Appearing on The Pat McAfee Show at WWE World in the week leading up to WrestleMania, Rhodes boldly declared that he would start a new story beginning on the Raw following WrestleMania and also noted that he intended to be a Champion who defended his title on both Raw and SmackDown.
Cody Rhodes Safe After Tour Bus Fire
The preparation for WrestleMania 40 has not been all smooth sailing for Cody Rhodes.
On 5th April, Rhodes took to social media to reveal that his tour bus had suffered damage from a fire. Thankfully, nobody was hurt during the frightening incident.
