Cody Rhodes Reveals One Thing He Learned From Roman Reigns
Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have been fierce rivals in the past.
Today, they are both babyfaces on SmackDown and RAW, respectively. Another commonality between the two WWE superstars is that they will appear in the Street Fighters movie in 2026.
The American Nightmare returned from a brief hiatus on the September 12 episode of SmackDown. Rhodes had been filming his scenes for the movie in Australia.
During the August 8 episode of the blue brand, he was taken out by Drew McIntyre, writing him off from TV temporarily.
Cody Rhodes and The Scottish Warrior will battle at Wrestlepalooza on September 20 for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
On the other hand, Roman Reigns was recently spotted in Australia filming for his scenes.
His exit came a the hands of The Vision duo of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at Clash in Paris.
While celebrating his victory over Reed, Reigns was attacked by Breakker, who hit him with two Spears. Reed then took over, nailing three Tsunamis on The Tribal Chief.
Currently, the timeline on Roman Reigns’ return remains unclear.
Cody Rhodes Reveals What He Learned From Roman Reigns
Both Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns are second-generation wrestlers.
While Cody is the son of “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, Roman is Sika Anoa’i’s son.
Speaking on ESPN’s Unsportsmanlike, Rhodes revealed what he learned from his Reigns.
I’ll say this something I learned from Roman Reigns. We don’t talk a lot, but he said something to me that really stuck out with me and it’s very sincere is that WWE and pro wrestling, in general, going to such a big platform like ESPN, it’s really everything that our dads ever worked for. So that’s always kind of there like…they did it all, you know, and then we get to revel in this wonderful success. So, we better bring it, and I think you will see that with Wrestlepalooza.
