The American Nightmare opened up about The Last Real Champion while speaking on What Do You Want To Talk About? podcast. He explained that he would like to take as much away as possible from John Cena before The Champ retires.

I always look at Cena’s career, and I try to steal as much as I can. And one of the things that he did really well that I am trying to improve on myself is feats of strength. Feats of strength. He’d have this unbelievable, because he truly was.

John Cena and Cody Rhodes battled at WrestleMania 41, where Cena dethroned Rhodes. Next, they battled at SummerSlam 2025, where The American Nightmare took back the title.

Currently, The American Nightmare is confirmed for Survivor Series WarGames. There is a chance that John Cena will join the babyfaces against The Vision, along with Roman Reigns.
