Brock Lesnar Given Unlikely WrestleMania Challenge
At Elimination Chamber, Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar looked to settle the tie of one win a-piece between the two stars in the third singles match of their trilogy.
However, in a typically hard-hitting match, Bobby Lashley was able to trap his rival in the dreaded Hurt Lock. Try as he might Brock Lesnar could not break the hold and reverted to delivering a mule kick below the belt to Lashley to escape but also cause the disqualification.
Lesnar then went on a tear after the match, seemingly going off-script as he attacked the match official as well as Lashley. There may be trouble ahead for The All Mighty One’s future given Bray Wyatt’s ominous message to the winner of that match on SmackDown.
Brock Lesnar now looks to be facing trouble of a different kind following Monday Night Raw in Ottawa. MVP – who has been trying to bring Lashley back into The Hurt Business in recent weeks – called Lesnar a coward for his actions at Elimination Chamber and told The Beast Incarnate that the giant Omos was challenging him for a match at WrestleMania. MVP then dared Brock Lesnar to show up on next week’s Raw to accept the challenge.
