Brock Lesnar Takes The Low Road At Elimination Chamber

The rubber match between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar at Elimination Chamber may have had a winner but not in the way many expected.

The issues between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley began in earnest back at the 2022 Royal Rumble when the two stars faced off for the first time in a one-on-one match for the WWE Championship. Lashley won that encounter and the WWE Title with more than a little help from Roman Reigns but months later, Lesnar came looking for revenge.

The two men faced off again at Crown Jewel in November 2022 with Lesnar escaping with a victory despite Lashley dominating him during and after the match. With a rubber match set for Elimination Chamber, the feud looked to be heading towards a conclusion but it didn’t get the definitive win that many craved.

At Elimination Chamber, Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar went to war at lightning speed with both men surviving two of the other’s finishing moves. A third spear from Lashley sent Lesnar down and Lashley locked in The Hurt Lock. With Brock Lesnar unable to escape he mule-kicked Lashley low to cause the disqualification.

Brock Lesnar then delivered an F-5 to the referee and then Lashley as he expressed his frustration at the result. Lesnar then sent Lashley through a table with another F-5 before attacking the referee some more for good measure.

With Bobby Lashley technically winning the bout, he may well have a date with Bray Wyatt in his future after Wyatt issued a warning to the winner on SmackDown in Montreal.
