British Star Kurtis Chapman Passes Away
Kurtis Chapman has passed away.
Revolution Pro Wrestling has announced that Kurtis Chapman has passed away, the British star was just 26 years old. Chapman — better known as Mad Kurt, was a staple of the British scene but was most well-known for his performances with RevPro.
Chapman began his career in 2014 and became RevPro Undisputed British Cruiserweight Champion in late 2017. During his time in the ring, Chapman faced stars such as Will Ospreay and teamed with Minoru Suzuki.
In a post on social media, RevPro paid tribute to a gifted technical wrestler and magnetic personality.
“We, at Revolution Pro Wrestling are absolutely heartbroken to report the loss of our dear friend Kurtis Chapman. We watched Kurtis grow from a child to a young man who loved professional wrestling and continued to excel in all aspects of his life. One of the most gifted technical wrestlers, charismatic characters and magnetic personalities. He will never be forgotten.”

As the news of Chapman’s passing began to spread, tributes quickly began to pour in for the popular star. British wrestling figures great and small were quick to toast the popular star, with Progress Wrestling writing that British wrestling won’t be the same without him.
