Bray Wyatt Update After Not Appearing On WWE Roster
Bray Wyatt continues to remain absent from WWE television and there was some concern for the star after he was apparently absent from the internal WWE roster.
Bray Wyatt has been out of action since February 2023, missing out on WrestleMania 39 despite a planned program with Bobby Lashley for the Los Angeles show.
That program was abandoned after one interaction between the two men on television with Lashley relegated to winning the Andre The Giant Battle Royal on the SmackDown before WrestleMania 39.
Wyatt’s status with the company has been the subject of much speculation ever since however, it seems that Wyatt has been battling an unspecified illness. However, PWInsider reported that Wyatt is not “listed in any fashion internally on the WWE roster” causing some concern over his future with the company.
Fightful Select has now followed up on that report noting that Wyatt is still very much with WWE as is his brother Bo Dallas who has appeared as Uncle Howdy. The roster Wyatt was missing from was said to have missed him due to his current illness.
There was also said to be some “confusion” over a recent suggestion from WWE executive Road Dogg about a new writer being brought in to work with Bray Wyatt.
