Booker T Claims Famous TNA Faction Were Better Than The Bloodline

Booker T

Booker T believes he was part of a better faction than The Bloodline.

The Bloodline has dominated WWE programming since the first bricks were laid for the foundations of the group back in 2020. While Roman Reigns has stood tall over the company as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Paul Heyman, and Solo Sikoa have all been major players on WWE television.

However, according to Booker T, another faction did it better.

During a recent episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker claimed TNA’s Main Event Mafia was the “better faction, by far.” The Main Event Mafia was formed in 2008 with Kurt Angle, Sting, Booker T, Scott Steiner and later Samoa Joe and Christian Cage uniting to dominate TNA Wrestling.

“Main event mafia was a better faction, by far. But I think The Bloodline has had one of the best runs any faction could ever have, probably the best. But I just say better faction because we had some major players, and we weren’t a family. We was a faction.”

However, when it was put to the WWE Hall of Famer that The Bloodline was the better story, he agreed.

“Yeah, I agree 100%, but I just feel like we never got a chance to really explore how good the Main Event Mafia really could have been in the right situation.”

Booker T Wants WWE To Pull The Trigger On LA Knight

At WWE Crown Jewel on November 4th, Roman Reigns will make the latest defence of his Undisputed WWE Universal Title when he takes on LA Knight. Booker T has been a huge supporter of Knight on his podcast, and the former World Champion believes it’ll soon be a case of ‘now or never’ for the star.

Speaking on an earlier episode of his podcast, Booker T warned WWE not to wait too long to “pull the trigger” on the star, commenting he won’t be this hot forever.
