Blake Monroe’s 1-Word Response After Winning WWE Title

Blake Monroe has just one word to sum up how she feels after capturing the first WWE championship of her career.

On a recent edition of SmackDown, Zaria and Sol Ruca challenged Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. While Flair and Bliss retained, there was worse news for Ruca as she appeared to suffer an injury during the bout.

Now, on the October 21st edition of NXT, Sol Ruca has addressed her status, appearing on crutches as she revealed that she’d be unable to defend her NXT Women’s North American Title against Blake Monroe at Halloween Havoc.

Monroe immediately demanded to be handed the title, but Zaria stepped in, saying that she’d take Ruca’s place at Halloween Havoc and defend the title on her behalf.

That’s exactly what happened on that show, and by the end of the night, Blake Monroe overcame Zaria and was able to walk away as the new NXT Women’s North American Champion.

One Word Describes Blake Monroe After WWE Title Win

Blake Monroe has already broken her silence after the win, but now, taking to social media, she only had one word to describe how she felt as the reality of her new role set in. Monroe simply wrote:

This is the first championship Monroe has held since she was known in AEW as Mariah May, and she held the AEW Women’s World Title during a memorable feud with her partner turned hated rival, Timeless Toni Storm.
