Big E Provides Major Health Update
Big E may never wrestle again.
The former WWE Champion hasn’t wrestled since teaming with Kofi Kingston on the March 11th, 2022, episode of SmackDown, and he’s now confirmed he might never get back in the ring.
During a recent interview, Big E said wrestling again would be a “gamble,” adding that he’d be listening to his doctors’ guidance.
However, a little over a week later he admitted that his in-ring career could be over.
Big E “May Never Be Cleared”
In a new post on social media, Big E wrote that following a new series of scans his status is unchanged. While he remains pain-free in his day-to-day life, doctors might never clear him to get back in the ring.
Hey, all!
Two year neck scans are in. Things are unchanged. My C1 has healed fibrously but has not formed new bone. I’m not medically cleared and truthfully, I may never be cleared. But I am blessed to be free of pain, immensely happy and otherwise healthy. Life is good.
The New Day star signed with WWE back in 2009 before going on to enjoy a glittering career with the sports entertainment giant. Big E is a former NXT and WWE Champion, two-time Intercontinental Champion, and Money In The Bank winner. However, he arguably made the biggest impact in the tag team ranks, holding the Tag Team Titles a total of eight times.
