Becky Lynch has expressed how she felt after picking up a big win in the Women’s WarGames Match at Survivor Series while also referencing a famous Eminem song!

The 2022 edition of WWE Survivor Series kicked off with the Women’s WarGames Match with Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair leading a team that also included Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim & Becky Lynch. They faced off against Damage CTRL’s Bayley, IYO SKY & Dakota Kai along with Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross.

After nearly 40 grueling minutes of action in the two rings surrounded by the massive cage, it was Becky Lynch getting the big win for her team. The conclusion of the match saw Lynch jump off the top of the WarGames cage with a leg drop splash onto Kai & Sky while putting them both through a table. Lynch pinned Sky to win the match.

For Lynch, it was her first match since SummerSlam on July 30th when she lost a Raw Women’s Title match to Bianca Belair to put an end to that rivalry. The two former rivals hugged after the match to signify Lynch’s turn back to babyface mode. However, Lynch suffered a shoulder injury during the match and missed the last four months. Thankfully, she showed no signs of ring rust in the WarGames match.

During a post-Survivor Series press conference that aired on WWE’s Youtube channel, Lynch was asked how she felt after the match and the leap off the cage.

“My ass hurts, but other than that, I feel great. [laughs] I won, that’s always nice. I really like winning. My thing is, I always want to come back better than ever, and I feel like when I came back from having a child, I came back better than ever. Tonight was no different, and I feel like we tore the house down.”

As she continued, Lynch admitted she was terrified while also making a reference to the famous Eminem song “Lose Yourself” by saying some of the lyrics from that song.

“Lads, I was terrified [laughs]. No, I wasn’t terrified in the moment. I was terrified getting up there in practice today, I climbed up, I wanted to see the height of it. My palms were sweaty, knees weak, arms spaghetti. No vomit on my sweater already.”

Becky Lynch went on to say that having the energy of the crowd makes anything possible.

“When you have the energy of the crowd, I feel like anything is possible. It’s the people that let you feel like you’re a superhero and make you feel like a superhero, so then you become a superhero. God bless Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, I’m sure they’re feeling a lot worse than I am.”

Lynch wasn’t the only woman to leap off the WarGames cage either. Nikki Cross did a cross body block onto several opponents while IYO SKY also did a moonsault off the cage.
