Becky Lynch Set For Huge Title Defence On 11/17 WWE RAW
Becky Lynch is heading to Madison Square Garden for a huge title defence on WWE Raw.
In one of the biggest shocks in recent Raw history, Maxxine Dupri picked up a win over WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, albeit by count out.
Dupri had her chance to win Lynch’s title in her hometown of Sacramento on the October 20th edition of Raw. However, that match ended in disqualification when Lynch had had enough and clocked Dupri with her title belt.
Maxxine Dupri was not satisfied despite those wins, as she still wanted to be able to call herself WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce was ready to make a third match between the stars, but Dupri asked for more time to get more training in and be fully ready to take on The Man.
Becky Lynch Faces Third Match With WWE Star
On the November 10th edition of Raw, Maxxine Dupri told Pearce that she was finally ready for her next title match. Pearce then made that bout for the November 17th edition of Raw, which just so happens to take place in Madison Square Garden in New York City. After the match was made, Becky Lynch clocked Dupri and told the challenger that she didn’t stand a chance.

Dupri’s major win could come one week after the men’s Intercontinental Title changed hands in shocking fashion. John Cena defeated Dominik Mysterio for the gold in one of Cena’s final matches to become a WWE Grand Slam Champion.
