Becky Lynch Makes Embarrassing TV History

Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch is a history-maker.

The Man might be one of WWE’s biggest stars and one of the most successful female wrestlers the company has ever seen, but that good fortune had to end somewhere.

On November 15th, Lynch appeared on Celebrity Jeopardy alongside Macaulay Culkin and Rachel Dratch. However, things didn’t quite go to plan for the WWE star. Lynch became the first person in history to give zero correct responses through 60 clues.

While Dratch grabbed the win earning $33,601 to Caulkin’s $33,600, Lynch ended the contest with $1000 after getting the Final Jeopardy question right.

The former Women’s Champion was playing for The V Foundation, which supports Connor’s Cure, which in turn has a longstanding relationship with WWE.

Becky Lynch Sees The Funny Side

In response to an article about her unfortunate defeat, Lynch commented on social media “I never stop making history.” Although her appearance on Jeopardy will likely feature further down her list of achievements than being involved in the first all-female WrestleMania main event.

Becky Lynch isn’t currently on the card for Survivor Series, but that’s expected to change soon. It’s been reported that the star could be added to the as-yet-unannounced women’s WarGames match, joining forces with Charlotte Flair, Shotzi, and Bianca Belair.
