Bayley Breaks Records & Wins WWE Royal Rumble

For the first time ever Bayley is on her to way a WrestleMania title match after winning the women’s Royal Rumble.

Since Asuka and Kairi Sane were added to Damage CTRL, Bayley’s position in the group has looked increasingly unsettled and she was told that if she was going to win the Royal Rumble, then she’d have to do it herself. However, The Role Model looked baffled when the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions appeared one by one in the match.

However it wasn’t long before Bayley really was going it along when The Kabuki Warriors were eliminated, not before Kairi Sane almost escaped disaster with a unique attempt at avoiding elimination by trying to keep her feet on the screens on the ring skirt.

Bayley entered the match in the number three slot where she came up immediately against Natalya and Naomi who made her shock return to WWE in the match.

The final three in the bout comprised Bayley, Liv Morgan, and Jade Cargill who shocked the crowd by making her WWE debut. Lasting one hour, three minutes, and three seconds, however, was enough for Bayley to win the bout, last eliminating Morgan.

Bayley To Call Her Shot At WWE WrestleMania

With this win, Bayley now has the choice of which champion she’d like to face at WrestleMania 40. She has previously explained to Damage CTRL that she will challenge Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship, however with trouble brewing in the group, she might just be tempted to take on IYO SKY for her WWE Women’s Title.

Incredibly whatever title match she picks, it will be her first singles match ever at WrestleMania.
