Bad Bunny Shows Off Scars After Backlash

Bad Bunny

Backlash will be remembered for a raucous crowd and the hometown hero Bad Bunny picking up a huge win but the star might be feeling his in-ring exploits for quite some time.

The Puerto Rican fans were unglued for the match that pitted their all-conquering rap superstar Bad Bunny against The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest. Bunny received an ovation like very few others with the fans singing along to his song that played him out to the ring.

When he stepped between the ropes however, the fun and games were over as The Judgment Day’s punisher did what he does best as he picked apart his WrestleMania 37 tag team partner.

However, Bad Bunny courageously kept fighting back and those watching on must have been worried as Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio appeared to give Priest the advantage. Rey Mysterio came to his aid but with the numbers too much for even the WWE Hall of Famer, former US Champion Carlito made his way to the ring to an ovation that almost took the roof off the building. He helped clean house along with former WWE star and Puerto Rican wrestling legend Savio Vega which left Bad Bunny to pick up the win over Priest.

Taking to social media, Bad Bunny showed off his battle scars from the match, revealing that his back took one hell of a beating.

Damian Priest will have little time to lick his own wounds after the loss as he is one of 12 stars who will be part of the tournament to crown a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
