AJ Lee Makes Unbelievably Shocking Statement Before WWE Wrestlepalooza
AJ Lee has made totally unexpected comments ahead of WWE Wrestlepalooza.
The Black Widow initially retired from WWE in 2015. For a decade, she insisted that she was not interested in making a return to the squared circle. Nevertheless, all that changed nearly two weeks ago.
The Second City Saint has been involved in a feud with Seth Rollins for several months. At Clash in Paris, The Visionary’s wife, Becky Lynch, interfered in the World Heavyweight Championship match to low blow Punk and allow her husband to retain the title.
The following Monday on RAW, The Man confronted Punk and even slapped him multiple times. The former World Heavyweight Champion promised to make her regret putting her hands on him.
When Lynch again slapped Punk on the following SmackDown in his hometown of Chicago, he told her that although he would never hit a woman, he had someone who would, giving the cue for the long-awaited return of his wife after 10 years.
Lee will now team up with her husband to square off with Lynch and Rollins in a mixed tag team match at Wrestlepalooza this Saturday.
AJ Lee Admits Being Unpredictable Ahead Of Her WWE In-Ring Return
In a recent interview with ESPN’s SportsCenter ahead of Wrestlepalooza, AJ Lee was asked whether she was worried about ring rust after being away from wrestling for a decade.
While the former Divas Champion admitted that she was, she also pointed out that she was unpredictable. The 38-year-old stated that while she might go out there and braid Becky Lynch’s hair, she could also bite her in the face. Lee shockingly added that the four of them could even end up four-way ki**ing.
I mean, yes. It’s been 10 years. I try to stretch as much as I can, but you don’t really know what’s going to happen when you get out there. But in the same way that does feel kind of scary and, as Becky said, a liability in one way, I think it’s an asset because I am unpredictable. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I’m out there. I might go out there and braid her hair. I might bite her in the face. We might four-way ki**. Who knows what’s going to happen on ESPN? [3:54 onwards]
