AEW’s Return To Australia Already Confirmed

Toni Storm celebrates with the AEW Women's World Title

AEW will return to Australia.

AEW and promotional partner Tiketek has announced that the company will return to Australia in 2026. Fans can now scan a QR code in order to be added to a waiting list.

There’s no word on when or exactly where the event will take place.

The announcement sees the company looking to extend its international presence in the coming years. In 2023 and 2024, All In was held at Wembley Stadium in London, England, while a Dynamite taping was held in Wales to celebrate the latter.

For 2025, the company will return to the UK for Forbidden Door on August 24, although a venue is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, AEW kicked off the year as part of Wrestle Dynasty at the Tokyo Dome alongside Stardom, NJPW, CMLL, and ROH.

AEW Rocks Australia

AEW Grand Slam Australia was headlined by a famous World Championship win for “Timeless Toni Storm.” In the main event, Storm defeated long-time rival to claim the Women’s World Title for a record fourth time.

The event marked an emotional homecoming for Storm who grew up in the country after moving from New Zealand when she was a young child.

Elsewhere, Kazuchika Okada retained the Continental Championship with a win over Buddy Matthews, and Mercedes Mone kept hold of her TBS Title by beating Harley Cameron.

In the opening match of the night, Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay beat Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher, before the Death Riders got the better of Cope and Jay White.
