AEW Star Wants Mercedes Mone “Anytime, Anywhere”
One of the stars of AEW has Mercedes Mone in her sights.
Despite still being in recovery from injury, Mercedes Mone made a surprise appearance at AEW All In, taking in the action alongside the over 80,000-strong audience at Wembley Stadium.
Following the event, Tony Khan claimed that he simply invited her to the show as he thought it would be good to have one of the top stars in pro wrestling in the crowd.
However, reports soon emerged that there was an expectation backstage that the former IWGP Women’s Champion will debut with AEW when she is cleared.

Kris Statlander is ready for Mercedes Mone
One star who is up for the challenge of a match with Mone is the TBS Champion, Kris Statlander.
Speaking on the post-All Out media scrum, Statlander claimed the women of AEW are always up for a challenge, and as the TBS Champion she is prepared to take Mone on “anytime, anywhere.”
“I think the [AEW] women’s locker room is always ready for a challenge. We’re willing to accept anybody that wants to step our way and put us to the test.
“As a champion, I know that there’s always a target on my back, and if she wants to step up to me, I’m ready for her. Anytime, anywhere. That’s what I want, that’s what I do.”
