AEW Star Reveals Plans To Climb Mount Everest

Mount Everest AEW

Darby Allin is a daredevil like few others in the wrestling business but Tony Khan might want to check his insurance if the former TNT Champion goes through with his plans for 2024.

Darby Allin has been one of the homegrown standouts in AEW since the company was formed in 2019. He has captured the TNT Championship twice and has formed a successful partnership with The Icon, Sting.

Speaking to TMZ Sports, Darby Allin noted that since joining AEW he’s made it his mission to do things wrestlers haven’t done before and says he plans to take that one step further in 2024 when he attempts to climb Mount Everest:

“That’s been my whole MO since AEW started. That’s why it’s so important for me to meet up with guys like (Travis) Pastrana, and make stuff happen. Do stuff that no wrestler’s ever done before.

“The thing I’m going to be doing next year that no wrestler’s done before is climb Mount Everest. You heard it here first.”

Before that daunting task, Darby Allin will be hoping to overcome three other – albeit smaller – obstacles at Double Or Nothing as he faces MJF, Sammy Guevara, and Jungle Boy Jack Perry for the AEW World Championship in a Pillars Four-Way match.
