AEW Star Missed Collision For Very Unusual Reason

Top Flight is more than just a ring name for one AEW star.

On the April 13th episode of Collision, Dante Martin teamed with Action Andretti & Matt Sydal to take on the House of Black. It was the first time the trio had teamed together with Dante’s regular tag team partner Darius Martin missing from the show.

On commentary, Tony Schiavone revealed that Darius was missing due to taking an exam as he looked to gain his pilot’s license.

When all was said and done, it was the House of Black that scored the win.

Major Stipulation Added To AEW Championship Match

Elsewhere on Collision, it was announced that the match between FTR and The Young Bucks at AEW Dynasty will be a ladder match. The match will serve as the finals of a tournament to crown new World Tag Team Champions. The titles were declared vacant after Sting retired following Revolution.

The Bucks saw off Best Friends to land their spot in the final, while FTR got past Top Flight.

The rivalry between FTR and The Young Bucks went to a whole new level on Dynamite, with The Elite stars airing footage of CM Punk’s fight with Jack Perry at All In.

After the backstage chaos involving Punk and Perry, FTR and The Young Bucks met in the ring at All In, with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler picking up the win.
