AEW Star Has Heat After Being Unavailable For All In
The reason why AR Fox was pulled from AEW All In has been revealed.
As reported by Fightful Select, Fox was originally planned to travel to the UK and compete alongside Swerve Strickland in the tag team coffin match against Darby Allin and Sting. This is unlike the situation regarding Rey Fenix, where there was always a plan to remove him from the match.
Fox has not competed outside of the United States since 2016 and AEW felt that he was not as open about his situation as they would have liked. It is currently unknown why Fox is unable to compete overseas. Even though Fox has been described as a likeable person within the promotion, there has been heat generated on the talent as a result of this. There were also discussions of potentially keeping Fox within The Mogul Embassy but ultimately the decision was made to remove him from the group and replace him in the match with Christian Cage.
AEW Looks Ahead To All Out
Despite the promotion returning to the United States for their next pay-per-view, Fox is also not featured on this card. It is unknown if this is also a result of the new information that has come to light or if Fox was never booked for the show in the first place.
Also not announced for the show is Chicago native CM Punk, whose absence from the show will leave many fans attending live extremely disappointed. Punk was suspended along with Jack Perry following an altercation between the two wrestlers at Wembley Stadium. A new update has been provided on the status of Punk ahead of the show and how much communication he has had with Tony Khan.
