AEW Revolution 2023 Date & Location Confirmed
The date and location for the 2023 edition of AEW Revolution have been confirmed by the company as the event heads west for the first time.
The inaugural edition of Revolution in 2020 took place in Chicago, Illinois and saw Jon Moxley defeat Chris Jericho to become AEW World Champion for the very first time. One year later, with the US still feeling the effects of the pandemic the event took place at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida and is infamous for being host to the ill-fated Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch between Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley for the AEW World Title.
2022’s Revolution was headlined by Hangman Adam Page successfully defending his AEW World Championship against Adam Cole but is perhaps best remembered for being host to the company debut of William Regal – a man with questions to answer following his actions during the main event of Full Gear.
Now All Elite Wrestling has announced that 2023’s edition of Revolution will take place in the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. The show will take place on Sunday, March 5th and will mark AEW’s first foray into California for a pay-per-view event.
The March 1st and March 3rd editions of Dynamite and Rampage will also take place in San Francisco at the city’s historic Cow Palace.
