AEW Dynamite Debuts Iconic New Theme Song
It’s a whole new era for AEW Dynamite as 2025 sees the show streaming on Max and now Tony Khan has secured all new theme music for his flagship programme.
AEW signed a huge multi-year TV rights deal in 2024 continuing the company’s relationship with Warner Brothers Discovery. The deal sees Dynamite and Collision stream on Max as well as continuing to air weekly on TBS and TNT while Rampage has come crashing to an end.
Dynamite Fight For The Fallen kicked off the new year and the new era for Tony Khan’s company as Rated FTR picked up a huge win over the Death Riders on a show that helped bring money and attention to the Hurricane Helene relief efforts still going on in Asheville, North Carolina – the home to Adam Copeland, Dax Harwood, and Cash Wheeler.
AEW So Excited For New Era
When AEW Collision launched in 2023, fans were delighted that the new show’s theme song was Elton John’s ‘Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting’ and after five years of lighting the fuse, Dynamite has a new theme song as well as Tony Khan appears to have lost control and I think he likes it.
The new era of Dynamite was soundtracked by The Pointer Sisters’ hit ‘I’m So Excited’ as Dynamite’s new theme music. Originally released in 1982, the song only made it to number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 before a remixed version released in 1984 hit as high as number 9 in the chart.
