Absent WWE Star Promises Big Things Are Coming
WWE Superstar Sheamus believes big things are on the horizon.
‘The Celtic Warrior’ is one of the most recognisable Superstars on the WWE roster and has carved out a Hall Of Fame worthy career since joining the company in 2006.
The 46 year-old has tasted gold on twelve occasions in WWE, as well as being crowned King Of The Ring in 2010, winning the 2012 Royal Rumble and holding the Money In The Bank briefcase in 2015.
Most recently Sheamus was featured as a member of popular faction ‘The Brawling Brutes’ alongside Pete ‘Butch’ Dunne and Ridge Holland but the faction has disbanded during Sheamus’ enforced absence from the ring.
The former WWE Champion has not been seen in a WWE ring since battling Edge in the Canadian’s final WWE match in Toronto on 18th August 2023. Soon after it was reported that Sheamus had suffered a shoulder injury and he has been dealing with that issue ever since.
A return date is as yet unknown, however during a recent appearance on Premier League Mornings Live, the Dublin-born star candidly declared that more positive times are just around the corner:
“Yes, seven months I’ve been off, you know what I mean? From WWE but, I wanna tell everybody, big things are coming for Sheamus this year. Huge things are coming for Sheamo.”
Major Free Agent Set To Sign For WWE
Sheamus could soon be joined in WWE by a big name free agent.
Recent reports suggest that Jacob Fatu has inked a deal with the company.
