4-Time Tag Team Champions Not Leaving WWE Despite Speculation
A major WWE tag team has not wrestled for several weeks amid speculations about their future with the company.
The Street Profits have been with the Stamford-based company for over a decade. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins held four tag team titles on NXT, RAW, and SmackDown. Their last title reign came earlier this year and lasted 119 days.
Nevertheless, Ford and Dawkins have been off television for multiple weeks. The SmackDown duo last wrestled on Main Event in October when they defeated Los Garza.
The Street Profits Are Not Leaving WWE
Amid The Street Profits’ absence from in-ring competition, rumors suggested that the former Tag Team Champions would be leaving the company in early 2026 when their contracts expire.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful recently addressed these speculations, stating that they held no truth.
No. They haven’t. Nobody has indicated this. Report as misinformation. Thanks!
