3-Time WWE Champion In Talks With The Rock For Business Collaboration

The Rock WWE

The Rock has been in the business since 1996 when he made his debut, but he grew up in the business with his grandfather, High Chief Peter Maivia, and his father, Rocky Johnson.

Over the years, he has wrestled with the top names of WWE until he himself became a top name in the industry. Currently, he isn’t just a renowned name in WWE, but also a member of TKO’s Board of Directors.

The last time he was seen on WWE TV was at Elimination Chamber, where he made John Cena turn heel on Cody Rhodes. However, since he did not show up after that, Cena’s heel turn was cancelled and even termed a massive waste of opportunity.

Justin Gabriel opened up about his interactions with The Rock

Mike Maraldo and PJ Black (Justin Gabriel) spoke about The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, The Rock among others. In that, Gabriel was asked about his interactions with The Rock.

He revealed the few times he did interact with The Final Boss, and also pitched a few things for Seven Bucks Productions.

A couple. I ran into him in a restaurant a few times, and he knew I was a wrestler. He probably doesn’t even know my name. Um, I got to take the Rock Bottom once and then Nexus we did like a beat, you know, when we’re doing the beatdowns, like there was always off-air stuff, so we did the beatdown on air, but as soon as they cut, he just beat us all up like so, there was just like a couple of quick interactions.

Um, I’ve recently spoken to him. I’ve pitched some stuff for Seven Bucks Productions. I won’t get too much into that stuff either, but hopefully something comes off that.

The Rock’s name has been floated multiple times as John Cena’s final opponent.
