Cody Rhodes Has Unique Response For Critics Of His Wardrobe Choices

Cody Rhodes holding Undisputed WWE Championship

Cody Rhodes likes wearing suits and if you have a problem with that, he has his an interesting name for you.

When the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes appears on television, he’s either in a suit or he’s dressed to compete in a match. While there are instances where Cody might be wearing non-suit clothes when doing a promo segment, it’s rare.

The fact that Cody Rhodes wears a suit on WWE television as much as he does likely upsets some people just because of how rare it is to see in pro wrestling. There have certainly been some wrestlers who wore suits on television regularly, but in this era it’s rare.

While speaking during Complex’s Sneaker Shopping on YouTube, Rhodes was asked if he would keep wearing suits. He also had an interesting comment for his haters.

“I will probably be a suit guy in the industry forever. I don’t know if this is appropriate for this show or not, but I’ll say it, and I’ve said it in interviews prior, anyone who I’ve ever worked with in business who’s intimidated by the fact that you wear a suit, I feel like they have a little d**k, like clearly.”

Clearly, come on man. Everyone does what they do. Because I don’t want to wear shorts with you. Give me a break. The energy that comes from people who are like, ‘Ugh, I don’t know man, he’s in that suit, he’s trying to be something.’ I’m not trying to be something. I want to be something. That’s the whole thing. So maybe not…maybe little penis. They know who they are, with the little penises.”

The “Little D**k Syndrome” phrase is something that Cody Rhodes said to The Rock on WWE television as well, but he admits he felt bad about saying it on television.
