Here’s the updated list of male superstars that will be in the 30-man Royal Rumble match on January 27 in Phoenix.

  • Drew McIntyre
  • R-Truth (Will enter the match at #30 for winning the WWE Mixed Match Challenge with Carmella.)
  • Kofi Kingston
  • Big E
  • Xavier Woods
  • Seth Rollins
  • Finn Bálor

That’s seven names in case you don’t want to count! Rollins and Balor were officially added on Saturday.

WWE posted this video of Rollins announcing he will be in the Royal Rumble.

Rollins should be considered a favorite to win the Rumble match. He’s never won it before and by losing the Intercontinental Title to Dean Ambrose a few weeks ago at TLC, he’s free from that title and go after a bigger prize like the Universal Title or the WWE Title.

Another guy that could be considered a favorite in the Royal Rumble is Finn Balor, who delivered this promo at a live event last night.

In the video, Balor noted that he lasted 57:38 in last year’s Royal Rumble. He didn’t win, but he showed he’s a strong competitor and this could be his year.

As for the women’s Royal Rumble match, here are the listed names on WWE.com as of this morning.

  • Natalya
  • Bayley
  • Sasha Banks
  • Ember Moon
  • Ruby Riott
  • Sarah Logan
  • Liv Morgan
  • Carmella (Will enter the match at #30 for winning WWE Mixed Match Challenge with R-Truth.)
  • Mandy Rose
  • Sonya Deville

The last two names, Mandy and Sonya, were added in this WWE video from the live event in Greensboro last night.

I don’t expect either of them to win, but I’m always a fan of Mandy getting a push and getting more screen time. She’s a future champion.

The Royal Rumble lineup looks like this so far:

30 Man Royal Rumble for Wrestlemania 35 WWE or Universal Title Match

30 Woman Royal Rumble for Wrestlemania 35 Raw or SD Women’s Title Match

WWE Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman

WWE Championship: Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles

WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy vs. Akira Tozawa vs. Kalisto vs. fourth competitor TBA

That’s all for now.
