WWE Survivor Series Lineup Update Featuring Two Major Changes Following Smackdown

The 32nd annual WWE Survivor Series takes place this Sunday, November 18 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Following tonight’s eventful edition of Smackdown, two major names have been replaced on the card. AJ Styles and Becky Lynch are out while Daniel Bryan and Charlotte Flair are in.

Daniel Bryan beat AJ Styles on Smackdown to become the new WWE Champion, which means that Bryan gets to take the advertised match that Styles was in against Lesnar. As for Styles, he’s not even on the Survivor Series card anymore while guys like The Colons are. Bizarre huh? Yep.

Charlotte Flair is not a champion, but she is replacing the injured Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch to face off against Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. Lynch had to give up her opportunity to face Rousey due to suffering a severe concussion and a broken face (or at least the nose) thanks to a stiff punch from Nia Jax on Raw. It’s not known when Lynch may return to the ring, but the good news is she gets to keep her title.

There was also a change on the Smackdown men’s team at Survivor Series team since Daniel Bryan is out of the match and he’s replaced by Jeff Hardy.

Raw’s Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Smackdown’s WWE Champion Daniel Bryan

Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair

Men’s 5-on-5 Elimination Match: Team Raw (Drew McIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, Bobby Lashley) vs. Team Smackdown (The Miz, Shane McMahon, Rey Mysterio, Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy)

Women’s 5-on-5 Elimination Match: Team Raw (Nia Jax, Mickie James, Tamina, Natalya, Ruby Riott) vs. Team Smackdown (Asuka, Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville, ????) – They need to add one more name to that team. I assume it will be Mandy Rose, but no announcement has been made yet.

Raw’s Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins vs. Smackdown’s United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura

Raw Tag Team Champions AOP (Akam & Rezar) vs. Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro)

Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy vs. Mustafa Ali

Tag Team 5-on-5 Elimination Match: Team Raw (Bobby Roode & Chad Gable, Lucha House Party, The Ascension, The B Team and The Revival) vs. Team Smackdown (The Usos, New Day, Sanity, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson and The Colons) – This is going on the Kickoff Show.
