WWE News: Ronda Rousey Will Be On Every Raw Leading Up To WrestleMania, MSG Debut Being Discussed

TJR Wrestling

It was announced by WWE on Monday that Ronda Rousey will appear on every episode of Raw leading up to WrestleMania. There are five weeks of Raw before WrestleMania, which includes tonight’s show in Milwaukee. While it has not been made official yet, Rousey is expected to team up with a male wrestler (likely Kurt Angle) against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania on April 8 in New Orleans.

Here’s the listing of the Raw’s that Rousey will be on along with the cities and venues from WWE.com.

3/5 – BMO Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee

3/12 – Little Caesars Arena, Detroit

3/19 – American Airlines Center, Dallas

3/26 – Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland

4/2 – Philips Arena, Atlanta

It’s not known what Rousey’s schedule will be like post WrestleMania.

It was also reported by PWInsider that Rousey may be added to the March 16 live event at the “World’s Most Famous Arena” in Madison Square Garden in New York City as well.

Rousey had a busy weekend as she was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame along with her mother.

TJR Thoughts: It’s a smart move from WWE because Rousey is a draw to a lot of fans, so telling people that she’s going to be on every week will boost ticket sales in markets that may not be doing well. Rousey also needs the experience of being in a WWE ring to keep improving in her performances. I’m a fan of hers and I’m glad she’s committed to this.
