WWE News on 2019 Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View in May, Ticket Info

The annual WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view is moving. As Rajah.com originally reported over the weekend (which we covered here), the full WWE pay-per-view schedule is known for this year although they don’t have Evolution on there in October, which still might happen because plans can always change.

The interesting thing about the schedule is that Money in the Bank is changing months. Today, the XL Center in Hartford, CT officially announced that the event takes place on Sunday, May 19 (cue the Kane jokes) with tickets on sale this Friday, March 8th. For more info, go to XLCenter.com and you can find out how to order.

This will be the first time Money in the Bank is a May PPV event. It has been a June show for the last four years and a July show in the five years before that.

It’s interesting to note that Ronda Rousey isn’t on the poster for Money in the Bank. There have been reports that Rousey plans to leave WWE after WrestleMania because she wants to have kids even though her WWE deal is believed to be for about three years. I think it’s just a case of WWE not wanting to put her on there because if she does leave, there’s no reason to promote her for a show that is months in advance.

There is also the WWE Superstar Shake-up on April 15/16 in Montreal, which will lead to some wrestlers going from Raw to Smackdown and Smackdown to Raw, so that will change things up as well.

A lot of things are likely to change in WWE between now and Money in the Bank in two months.
