WWE News: Changes to US Title Match at Elimination Chamber, Keith Lee Out of the Match, Kickoff Show Match

There is going to be a change to the US Title match at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view tonight. The match was going to see United States Champion Bobby Lashley defending the title against Keith Lee and Riddle. However, Lee is now out of the match.

It is being reported by PWInsider that Keith Lee will not be wrestling in the US Title match due to some injury. We don’t know what Lee’s injury is at this moment or if there’s some other reason why he is missing the show.

The plan for the Kickoff Show is to have a match to have a wrestler take Lee’s spot in the US Title match. That’s according to PWInsider.

Shortly after I posted this WWE announced a new 4-way match on the Kickoff Show.

It has also been reported by PWInsider that WWE is planning on five matches on the card. The sixth match would have been Asuka defending the Raw Women’s Title against Lacey Evans, but Evans is pregnant, so that match isn’t happening now.

Elimination Chamber starts soon with the Kickoff Show at 6pm ET and the main pay-per-view at 7pm ET with five matches.
