WWE News: Becky Lynch vs. Bayley Announced for April 30 Edition of Smackdown Live

The idea behind the Superstar Shake-up in WWE is to have some fresh matchups after the rosters are changed. That’s what we’ll get on Tuesday on Smackdown Live. It was announced today that Raw and Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will face Bayley on Smackdown. Here’s what WWE.com had to say about it:

Becky Lynch will face one of the toughest challenges of her entire career when she defends both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships at WWE Money in the Bank against Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair respectively. However, “Becky Two Belts” will have an even more pressing challenge as she faces off against Bayley on the blue brand for the first time ever in WWE this Tuesday night.

Will Lynch be able to focus her attention on The Hugger with such a daunting task approaching at WWE Money in the Bank? Or will Bayley be able to get the most monumental victory of her SmackDown LIVE tenure thus far by knocking the champ-champ down a peg? Find out this Tuesday night.

The part about Lynch facing Bayley “for the first time ever” is not really true because they have wrestled when they were in NXT. The reason WWE says it that way is because it will be their first match against eachother on the main roster.

Also, you probably figured it out already, but this is a non-title match on Smackdown.
