WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 Results

This is a post that will have the results for the WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view that takes place tonight on WWE Network. It is not the detailed TJR review of the show. You can find the detailed TJR review of Hell in a Cell right here on this website.

The only Kickoff Show match saw R-Truth defeat Drew Gulak to retain the “coveted” 24/7 Title.

* Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso in an “I Quit” Hell in a Cell match to retain the Universal Title after Jimmy Uso went into the ring to try to stop Roman, but Roman put Jimmy in a Guillotine Choke. That led to Jey saying “I quit” after refusing to do so earlier in the match. It went 29:06.

* Elias defeated Jeff Hardy by disqualification when Jeff hit Elias with a guitar. It went 7:55.

* The Miz defeated Tucker to win the Money in the Bank contract/briefcase after Tucker hit Otis with the briefcase (the referee didn’t see it) and Miz covered Otis to win at 7:25.

* Sasha Banks defeated Bayley to win the Smackdown Women’s Championship inside Hell in a Cell. Long match at 26:35 with Banks making Bayley tap out to the Bank Statement submission.

* Bobby Lashley defeated Slapjack in a United States Championship match that went 3:25 with Lashley retaining the title.

* Randy Orton defeated Drew McIntyre to become the new WWE Champion. The match was also inside the Hell in a Cell structure and it went 30:35. Orton is now a 14-time WWE/World Champion.

The show ran for three hours on WWE Network just like Clash of Champions last month.
