WWE Hell in a Cell 2019 Results – Two HIAC Matches Included

TJR Wrestling

Here are the results from tonight’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event in Sacramento. I wasn’t home to watch it live. My detailed PPV review will be posted on Monday morning.

The show took place in Sacramento, California.

* Natalya defeated Lacey Evans in the only match from the Kickoff Show.

* Becky Lynch defeated Sasha Banks to retain the Raw Women’s Championship in a Hell in a Cell Match.

* Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan defeated Erick Rowan and Luke Harper in a Tag Team Tornado Rules Match.

* Randy Orton defeated Ali.

* The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) defeated Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles after Asuka spit green mist into Nikki’s face and kicked her leading to the pin.

* Braun Strowman and The Viking Raiders defeated The OC (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) by disqualification.

* R-Truth is the 24/7 Champion again. Tamina beat Carmella for the “coveted” 24/7 Championship, but then Truth beat her shortly after. R-Truth is now a 20-time 24/7 Champion.

* Chad Gable defeated Baron Corbin.

* Charlotte Flair defeated Bayley to win the Smackdown Women’s Championship. That is Flair’s 10th Women’s Title win.

* Seth Rollins vs. The Fiend Bray Wyatt in a Hell in a Cell match for the Universal Championship ended as a No Contest. There was also some belief that it was a DQ. On PWInsider, it was noted the idea was that the match was stopped, so it would be a “No Contest” type of finish. There were also chants of AEW, Bullshit and Refund among other things, so clearly the fans hated it.

I saw the movie Joker tonight and it was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it to anybody that’s a fan of good storyline and anything related to the Joker character. It was just a really cool film and a fun theatre experience.

As for my Hell in a Cell review, I’ll try to get it posted by like 10amET on Monday.
