WWE Diva Paige On The Conan O’Brien Show (Video)
Former two-time WWE Divas Champion Paige appeared on the Conan O’Brien show last night to promote the WWE Hell In A Cell PPV this Sunday from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
In the clip shown below, she talks to Conan and Andy Richter about her primal scream, and even teaches the two of them how to do it.
The official WWE Instagram account released a backstage photo of Paige with Conan as well.
Ski’s Take – Being a fellow Brit, it’s great to see Paige and it’s even better when she’s not on WWE programming as we see the real Paige, not the watered down one. I’m thinking that WWE officials had all their fingers and toes crossed while she was on air, as she has a history of cussing and dropping “f bombs”, as seen on her recent podcast interview with Stone Cold Steve Austin, but they were in luck as she was on her best behavior. Plus the show is taped, so they could edit it anyway!
I’m really hoping that this shows that she won’t be lost in the “Divas Revolution” fallout from Hell In A Cell. With the public clamoring for Sasha Banks to be put in the title picture (and deservedly so) let’s not forget the first (and only) diva to hold the NXT Women’s Championship and Divas Title at the same time.
