WWE Announces New Stable Named “RETRIBUTION” Following Appearance on Raw Last Night

There was a new stable that debuted on WWE Monday Night Raw last night, but it was done in a confusing way. There was some parking lot footage shown of some individuals wearing hoods and masks, so we couldn’t see their faces. What was the name of the group? Who is in the group? What are they doing there?

We don’t have all the answers to those questions, but WWE has an article on their website today stating that the group’s name is RETRIBUTION and they put it in all caps like that.

Here’s more info from WWE.com:

Chaos reigned on Monday night’s edition of Raw, and we now know the name of the group behind it.

The lights were cut out at several points during the show, including the United States Championship Match between Apollo Crews and MVP, as well as audio issues leading to microphone trouble for several Superstars throughout the night. Many thought the technical glitches were due to a storm in the area, but security footage revealed later in the night would reveal a different story.

Video showed a group of masked assailants tossing Molotov cocktails at the WWE Performance Center’s power generator, setting it on fire.

WWE.com has learned that the faction behind the attack is calling themselves RETRIBUTION.

Little else is known about RETRIBUTION, aside from the fact that causing chaos seems to be their sole motivation.

Just who is RETRIBUTION, and what is their ultimate goal? Find out by tuning into Raw, every Monday at 8/7 C on USA Network!

TJR Thoughts: It’s a mystery storyline to make the audience guess who might be in the group and why. It could be people we already know on Raw or maybe others in WWE. Your guess is as good as mine, at this point.
