Updated WWE Royal Rumble Lineup Following Raw

Here’s the updated card for the WWE Royal Rumble, which will take place on January 29 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

During last night’s edition of Monday Night Raw, which I reviewed in the Raw Deal right here, it was announced that Charlotte will defend her title against Bayley, who defeated Nia Jax in a #1 Contender’s Match. Here’s what we know for the card at this point.

30-Man Royal Rumble Match

Names announced so far: Bill Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, Big E, Chris Jericho and Braun Strowman.

WWE Championship: AJ Styles vs. John Cena – There’s a contract signing on Smackdown Live tonight for that match.

WWE Universal Championship: Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns

Chris Jericho will be locked in a shark cage above the ring for that match.

Raw Women’s Championship: Charlotte vs. Bayley

That’s it as far as official matches go at this point. More Rumble match participants and other matches could be announced during Smackdown Live tonight.
